Return and Exchange Policy

Pre-Order Basis Only
Please note that all our products are available on a pre-order basis. This means that they are made to order and may take some time to produce and ship.

No Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Exchange for Size
If the size of your product doesn't fit, you may exchange it for a different size. However, please note that we can only exchange for size.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized orders and adult sizes are non-returnable.

Custom Measurements
Providing custom measurements is optional. Orders will be processed with recommended standard measurements if custom measurements are not received within 24 hours of placing the order.  

Defective Products
IMPORTANT: Please take a video of the product while opening it for the first time. This video will be required if you need to exchange a product due to a defect.
If you receive a defective product, please share the video with us. We will replace the defective product.

No Replacements After Wearing
Please note that we cannot replace a product after it has been worn.

7-Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. However, please note that this return policy only applies to non-defective products.

Additional Note
To ensure a smooth exchange or return process, please make sure to take a video of the product while opening it. This will help us verify any defects or issues.
