We have a 2 Days- return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a returns.
Return is only accepted on if the product is defective or different from what is shown in the picture.Opening video of package is mandatory for any claim.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin the product returning process, please follow these steps:
1. Send an e-mail to support@littlekilkaari.com requesting to return of the product. Use subject line as “Product Return” for the same.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. The amount of money of the return-product price will be refunded as same payment mode or credit points on your customer account on Little Kilkaari website. These credit points can be used to buy products as soon as they are credited to your Little Kilkaari customer account.
4. Refund will be credited in your account 10 -12 business days.
Please note, the money will be returned in the form of credit points or same payment mode . These credit points can be used to shop from Little Kilkaari ahead in the future.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
